Spreading Seeds is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization created to fill the gaps in care for low-income families, Veterans, individuals in substance abuse treatment, recovering addicts, and those facing a life hardship.

Your generous donation will assist in maintaining the funding we need to sustain our objective fully. Funds will benefit those in substance abuse treatment who are on a path to recovery.

Our objective is to incentivize those battling addiction who are in substance abuse treatment to stay and finish their journey to recovery.  Entering substance abuse treatment is a BIG STEP for those seeking a better life but it is definitely a difficult road to go down.

Most of those in treatment are economically disadvantage persons with families who are in need of food, clothing, and the everyday necessities such as hygiene items. Our way of incentivizing them is to provide a VISA or Walmart Card once they complete each step of 30, 60, and 90 days of treatment. This motivates them to stay in treatment and rewards them when they hit each milestone. This reward of accomplishment provides an incentive for them to achieve their goal of recovery.

Due to the opioid epidemic within our communities, we help an overwhelming amount of people in the process of recovery. Donations are needed on a daily basis to support our program. We know it works! Why? Because we also help them once they complete their treatment by providing support through our food bank, clothing and household goods bank, and other resources such as housing and job seeking assistance.

I work for Spreading Seeds and we know what it takes to support and encourage people during their treatment. Then we serve by empowering them in recovery.
